About the program: Community Hospital's 24-hour Rapid Assessment Program (RAP-24) provides immediate assistance to persons or families experiencing serious emotional, behavioral, or chemical dependency problems. Professional clinicians are experienced in crisis intervention and assessment of adults and adolescents. If needed, a free face-to-face meeting is scheduled to identify problems in more detail and refer the person to appropriate treatment.
