About the program: Lifestream, Inc., provides general housing information and referral to proper resources through the Information and Assistance Department. The Housing Program exists to improve the quality of housing for elderly and low-income individuals in our seven-county service area. Contact the office for more information. Lifestream operates Pilgrim Place, a 36-unit complex in Yorktown. Lifestream also works in conjunction with other housing projects to provide affordable housing to seniors and disabled individuals.
