About the program: The I & A Program provides the following
services:
1. Initial intake for Lifestream, Inc., case-managed services
2. Referrals to community services
3. Information about community services
4. Presentations to area groups and organizations on Lifestream, Inc., services
and related issues
5. A resource Center which is open to the public. Many books, magazines,
videotapes, and informative brochures are available to be checked out on various
subjects.
6. Coordination of the Grandparent Support Group, which meets monthly. The
purpose of the group is to give grandparents or other relatives, faced with raising
their grandchildren or other related children, the opportunity to share with and
learn from others. Speakers are also scheduled on topics of interest to the group.
