About the program: Consumer Credit Counseling provides credit,
budget counseling, and debt repayment programs for persons unable to meet their
credit obligations. It works with credit card companies, the IRS, doctors,
attorneys, collection agencies. There is no charge for counseling. Monthly Debt
Management Plan contributions are based on a sliding scale dependent upon the
client's income and the number of people in the household. CCCS also offers
presentations on a variety of topics related to consumer credit.
