About the program: Properties are purchased or donated to BRIDGES for rehabilitation and use in the Supportive Housing Program. After rehabilitation, properties are leased to individuals or families that are actively involved in programs or activities that will lead to social, emotional, and economic independence. Case management and supportive services as previously described are available to BRIDGES tenants.
